The popularity of classical music

Despite the fact that great classics do not chart and new items are rarely discussed in society, this genre is undeniably popular among Russians. Classical music is enjoyed by many of our countrymen on a regular basis. Furthermore, interest in this genre is not limited to the works of notable Russian composers such as Glinka, Borodin, and Tchaikovsky. According to available data, Fryderyk Chopin is the most popular classical composer. Many Russian listeners fell in love with Ludovico Einaudi, an Italian composer who is especially sympathetic to Spaniards. Contemporary composers like Niels Frahm from Germany, as well as new performers like Catherine Jenkins and Michael Manyachi, the "male soprano," have piqued Russian interest.
