According to Krasnaya Polyana, the casino will be built on the site of the Primorye gaming zone. It is also planned to have staff hotels and campuses. According to Dmitry Anfinogenov, Development Director of Krasnaya Polyana, the project intends to increase the number of Chinese, Japanese, and Korean tourists visiting Vladivostok.
